Leads, Delivery & Verification
What are accredited investor leads?
Accredited investor leads are introductions to individuals who meet, or report meeting, the SEC's accredited investor thresholds — roughly $200K+ in annual income ($300K joint) or $1M+ in net worth excluding their home — and who have expressed interest in a specific investment. Ours are investors actively looking to allocate $50K–$1M+ into gold, silver, energy or real estate. Read the full guide.
Who qualifies as an accredited investor under SEC Rule 501?
Under SEC Rule 501(a) of Regulation D, an individual is an accredited investor with income over $200,000 ($300,000 with a spouse or spousal equivalent) in each of the last two years and the same expected this year, or net worth over $1 million excluding their primary residence. Holders of Series 7, 65 or 82 licenses in good standing qualify, as do many entities with over $5 million in assets. See the full definition.
What is your investor intake process?
Every investor goes through a three-step intake. First, a qualification phone call confirms accreditation thresholds, preferred asset class, intended allocation and timeline. Second, investors are segmented by asset preference, experience and risk tolerance. Third, they are matched and delivered to best-fit operators as exclusive or shared leads, scheduled calls or custom campaigns.
Which hard-asset verticals do you cover?
We cover three hard-asset verticals: precious metals and Gold & Silver IRAs, oil & gas and energy funds, and real estate syndications. Many investors in our network allocate across more than one, typically entering through gold and silver and expanding into energy or real estate.
What is the difference between retail leads and accredited investor intent leads?
Retail leads are usually one-click form fills, co-registration or cold-list records with no wealth check, timeline or proof of interest, while investor-intent leads are multi-step qualified for net worth or income, preferred asset class, allocation range and time to invest. The difference shows up in contact rates, ticket size and how much rep time is wasted. See the side-by-side comparison.
How quickly can I receive my leads?
Leads are delivered within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. Scheduled-call programs book investors directly onto your calendar, and ongoing programs deliver a steady flow rather than one batch.
Are your leads exclusive?
Every lead comes with an exclusivity period. You can choose Exclusive Leads (1:1 — you are the only operator receiving that introduction), Shared Leads (introduced to a limited set of non-competing operators at a lower cost), Scheduled Calls, or a Custom Campaign built around your asset class, geography and investor profile.
What verification is performed on each investor?
Every investor is verified by phone call. On that call we confirm net worth or income thresholds, preferred asset class, the capital range they intend to allocate, and their timeline to invest — so you receive a real person with defined intent, not a raw form fill.
How much capital do your investors typically allocate?
Investors in our network are looking to deploy between $50K and $1M+. Recent sample profiles include a $250K gold-and-energy allocation on a 60–90 day window, a $300K multifamily owner diversifying into precious metals, and a $500K+ family office seeking an inflation hedge on a 30-day window.
What does an accredited investor lead from Accredited Investor Solutions include?
Each lead is a phone-verified investor with confirmed accreditation thresholds, preferred asset class, intended allocation range and timeline to invest, plus contact details so your team can follow up immediately. Investors are segmented by asset preference, investment experience and risk tolerance before they are matched to an operator.
What results has Accredited Investor Solutions delivered?
Our team has helped clients raise $2.67B in capital, served 1,200+ clients over 15+ years in the industry, and our programs average a 35% book-out rate. Results vary by asset class, offer and how quickly your team follows up.
What engagement models do you offer?
We offer four: Exclusive Leads, Shared Leads, Scheduled Calls (pre-booked investor calls delivered to your calendar) and Custom Campaigns built by asset class, geography or investor profile. Beyond leads we also provide front sheets, dialer leads, email blasts, websites and landing pages, and social media ads.
Which asset classes do your investors allocate to?
Precious metals are the primary entry point — physical gold, silver, bullion programs and precious metals IRAs — but a large share of our network also allocates to oil & gas and real estate syndications. Many gold buyers already hold real estate or energy positions and are expanding their hard-asset exposure.
How do I get started?

Florida, Gold IRAs & Compliance
How do gold dealers find accredited investors?
Most gold dealers find accredited investors through a mix of paid media, referrals from advisors and CPAs, content and SEO, and third-party lead providers that pre-qualify investors for wealth, intent and timeline. Buying pre-qualified investor flow is the fastest route because the screening is already done. See every channel compared.
Do you only work with gold and silver dealers in Miami and Florida?
No — we are based at 1101 Brickell Ave in Miami and focus on Miami, South Florida and statewide Florida dealers, but our investor network is nationwide and we work with precious metals dealers, Gold & Silver IRA providers, bullion platforms, oil & gas operators and real estate sponsors across the U.S. See our precious metals lead programs.
Is gold and silver bullion sales-tax-free in Florida in 2026?
Yes — qualifying gold, silver and platinum bullion has been exempt from Florida sales tax at any purchase amount since August 1, 2025, when the old $500 minimum was removed, and qualifying gold and silver coins became legal tender and sales-tax-exempt on July 1, 2026. Palladium and jewelry are not covered. Read the Florida & Miami market guide.
Do gold and silver buyers have to be accredited investors?
No — buying physical bullion is not a securities offering, so there is no accreditation requirement to purchase gold or silver. Dealers target accredited investors because accreditation is a strong signal of larger allocations and faster decisions. See the compliance guide.
How do Gold & Silver IRA providers source high-intent investors?
The most efficient Gold IRA providers source investors who are already screened for retirement-account balance, timeline and hard-asset experience, then book them straight onto a rep's calendar. Pre-qualified, scheduled-call leads cut the drop-off between first call and funded rollover. Read the Gold IRA sourcing guide.
Can I legally call or text accredited investor leads?
Generally yes, when the investor has given proper consent and you follow the TCPA, the National Do Not Call Registry and state rules such as Florida's calling-hour and frequency limits. Autodialed or prerecorded marketing calls and texts to cell phones require prior express written consent. Read the compliance essentials.
